My wife has purchased several pairs of Birkenstocks here as well as other ud83eudd7fud83dudc5eud83dudc5fud83dudc60ud83dudc62 shoes. The staff and customer service could not be better. They are willing to help you try on as many shoes as possible and give you the best advice for the best fit. They can also order items from other stores and have them shipped to you quickly.
They always have friendly staff and are readily available to help you find something. They are very informative about the product, company, and how they function as far as customer needs. This was on more than one occasion with different staff. Their product is amazing of course so I can't complain. All positive!
Walked in Labor Day weekend. Every intention to lay down $$$$. Not one employee spoke or offered any assistance. Actually walked around us as if we were in their way. Gave us impression that we weren’t good enough to be in the store. Very snooty employee with long brown hair . A friendly smile goes a long way with customer not a snobby look. Hire some people motivated to move your product and not stand and look down there nose at customers.
Was in thier Hanes Mall store 12/28/19. They were very busy and and the salesman Chaux grabbed 2 pair of shoes of the same kind ,because he knew, I would need to try on both due to my size. He was right on. I would recommend going by to see him if you are considering Birkenstock shoes.
My husband and I walked in at 5:40pm on a Sunday. They close at 6pm. We came with every intention to buy shoes and make it quick. When we walked in we didnt get one greeting. The employees were talking and then moved to the back and were on their phones. We had a few questions but no one came up to us and were pretty much ignoring us like we weren't there. We walked out without purchasing due to the customer service. We walked out at 5:50pm and the gates came down as soon as we walked out.
