I really like this store. affordable and dapper looking shoes.
KUDOS,JORDAN!!! My first occasion to shop at Aldo’s was a 5 Star! Jordan,, a very well-dressed and confident young woman smiled and asked me was there anything she could help me with. The tone and manner she used was more than courteous and polite; it was like I had known her for years. She not only sold me a pair of shoes but she helped me with a fashion dilemma I was having for my up-and-coming first anniversary cruise with my husband . Now that’s customer service!!!!
Great products made with a great level of quality. Why I hadn't heard about this place before only makes me salty so I will bask in the knowledge that when in the market for a new item to add to my closet I know just where to go!
I was looking for a pair of shoes and was attracted by a pair that noticed in the window. The products sold here are very nice. As I was looking, no one seemed to care that I was in the store. Eventually someone asked me if I wanted to try on a shoe and I told them the model shoe was in my size. After this, no one spoke to me again. When I went to check out, the clerk at the register rang me up, and the person I spoke with initially walked over. They then started to argue in front of me about who would receive the commission for the sale. This went on for a few minutes and made me uncomfortable. Overall, I am pleased with the product that I purchased, but not impressed at all with the service at this location.
