Do NOT go to this hospital. I went in for pain in my side, worst pain I’ve ever been in. They made me wait 10 HOURS in the waiting room with only 1 update of what was going on. They refused to give me any pain medication except for Tylenol. They did x-rays, blood work, urine sample, and a CT scan. Came back and told me absolutely nothing was wrong with my body. I specifically asked if each organ was okay and they said everything was in perfect health and told me it was probably PERIOD CRAMPS. After crying in front of the nurse they agreed to prescribe me a pain pill and discharged me in a rush. I looked at the prescription later and it was NOT for a pain pill it was for a supplement I told them I take for my skin!!! I checked my online results the next day and the results literally said I had MULTIPLE GALLSTONES and “possible cystitis” on my bladder. They did not tell me any of this. And since they messed up the prescription I had to pass the rest of the stones without anything. I tried to get the bill dropped by risk management and they denied the request, saying they “handled everything properly.” Now I have to go spend more money at a gastroenterologist just to get PROPER treatment. Every single person except the woman who took my blood, was insanely rude to me and treated me like a drug seeker. How can you know that your patient is in there for good reason and you look me in my eyes and tell me it’s period cramps?? Now I am stuck with a huge bill that I don’t have money for. I will tell every person I know that this hospital does not care about it’s patients and their health.

It's Valentine' Day, and my Valentine is still in a hospital bed at this facility with outrageous ups and downs with his blood sugar levels. He has been there for 7 days now, and is extremely miserable and frightened. Doctor Hoffman has told this patient that he simply doesn't know what the issue is.... He may need his medical license revoked.... I need there to be a positive change very soon. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. DANGEROUS.

Terrible birth experience here 2016. Had to beg the nurses for water the entire stay after a cesarean. Didn't receive stool softeners until day 3 so needless to say I didn't have a BM for a week! Most uncomfortable bed. People coming in every hour for days even after I placed a DND sign on the door, so I got insomnia. It was the worst 5 nights, 6 days of my life. Only 1 nurse at a time, so thank God I had my spouse and MIL to hold each leg. The list goes on...

My husband and I came here on Friday to give birth to our first child. Our stay was perfect. The nurses accommodated for everything we could possibly need. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. By far the best hospital my husband and I have ever stayed in. Huge thankyou to everyone in the L&D unit for everything they done for us during our stay.

Long hospital stay in ICU then moved to bed on the heart ward. Several nice nurses and doctors plus food is really good. Great caregivers and attentive nurses who try to help you along with your care. Overall great hospital to be sick or near death in.
