Extremely/Nerve rackingly slow drive thru. There are 4 lanes open. I was in line at 25 until close. I have not moved. And then you closed on me. Come on. I wanted to even come in, but you close inside at 4 and your morning shift is for senior citizens only. I get why in this virus climate...but you could at least give them priority instead of just not allowing the rest in. It has taken me 15 minutes just to type this and am still stuck in line along with the rest. Need to work on that.

Not sure how this branch has a 4.0 star rating. Make sure you look at all of the other ratings for the other locations. They tell the true rating. Most are two stars or less and deservedly so. This is a terrible Bank, the customer service Representatives could not be less interested in helping in any way. This is a terrible Bank but it was not always the case. Back when it was Reynolds Federal credit Union it was much better.
