Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Atm ate my card and stayed on phone with customer service 3 hours..people working in support are slow ..still didn't get straight..what of accomplished more if I called a 3 year old kid..worst bank I ever used...maybe it will stay closed forevern.I hope

They need more help, need to hire more people as tellers. Walked in today to make cash deposit and only one lady working the line. It’s a shame because Bank of America is suppose to be #1. I should be in and out

Always, always opening late. One lady on there would rather walk people outside to an ATM that breaks down constantly to deposit cash instead of helping them at the counter. Most of the staff is nice - but I feel like there is a lack of management/authority making sure people are ready for business at the hours listed.

Worst customer service they do not greet you period. I have an account with them need a cash advance from another visa card which I have done this plenty of times at the State employee credit union were I have no account. The Bank of America teller refused insisted that I go to the atm I explained to her the amount needed would not allow me to take out that much at the atm. I know I can do a cash advance as long as I have a visa logo. Banks can get into trouble for refusing but I didn't argue I just left and never came back to that location. They are rude and very unhelpful I am switching to another bank asap. Bank of America and you can do better with the people you hire. The older lady needs to retire and the other people need to be fired for not having any customer service skills period. The Branch Manager should be ashamed of this set of staff the reviews don't lie.

No greeter at bank. Manager and agents avoided eye contact so as not to have to address a potential client who was looking for help in their lobby. Waited in teller line to be told that I should have known to sit in a chair because that is how someone would know I wanted to talk to someone to open an account. Will not be banking here.
