This branch is terrible!! It’s amazing how I can get something done at the Lexington branch that this stupid branch said couldn’t be done. I went to get an auto loan that already was pre approved. I was in this girls office 1 hour and 45 mins and she went back and forth with her manager and did nothing for me. Told me she would scan my documents in the system and didn’t. Went to the Lexington branch, got it done in an hour, they had no idea what these idiots were talking about. The girl at this branch said I could call the call center and even do the rest over the phone that’s why she would scan it all in.. I called and happened to get the same girl on the phone and she said she couldn’t do it over the phone. DO NOT GO HERE. NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF MORONS INCLUDING THE BRANCH MANAGER. Not sure how they manage to tie their shoes...

I’ve never had a problem with them. They tellers are very kind when I’m there and always make me feel welcome.

This Branch freaking SUCKS! I've been with SECU for over 15 year's and they treated me like a Black Sheep! I'll never come back to this one, I hope that it BURNS to the ground!
