Once in a great while you have the privilege of speaking to a truly genuine people person that ANY business is lucky to have. I spoke to a young lady today in customer service , Britney, who help a old technology challenged guy fix his online issues. I'm difficult to deal with outside my comfort zones, and she did an exceptional job today. My wife automatically goes to another room when I call any customer service representative of any business, she was impressed.nThank you.

Horrible credit union! If you apply they will be glad to take your money, then declined the membership until I could bring by the church pamphlet that I go to since I live just on the edge of that county. I honestly go to the church I told them and they were more than welcome to call but they wanted the pamphlet. I’ll just stay at the credit union I’m with even though there out of state. Glad to donate money for awhile to them to give us a great laugh and just warn others don’t put in the amount we did.

I've been with this bank since they were on Silas Creek. Great staff. Bought my first ever newish car with them.

I am a new member of Members Credit Union, my mother-in-law referred me here (which I’m glad she did). I want to thank Windy Sibbitt for being so professional and making my first auto loan experience a great one. She helped me get the best interest rate with my credit score, she also seemed genuinely happy when she called me to inform me of my car loan approval. Overall this was a better auto loan experience than the one I had with my bank, which I have been banking with for over 10 years. -Eric
