Never! again! am i coming to this store!!!!! I have asked one of the staffs to help me get the other pair of shoe that was on display and she told me that she was busy and that i have to wait! Excuse me?!?! I understand that you are busy but thats not a way to treat your customers. I have waited 30 mins for someone and the same person that told me to wait had just finished helping other customers, she just looked at me and went to help another customer that had just came in the store. Are you serious!!!!!!!!!??????? She knew that i still needed help and just acted like she never spoken to me!? No! I dont tolerate rudeness!!!!! I had to walk out the store smh.

The absolute rudest staff. The lady through my shoes at me and told me they were not on sale that I moved the sale tag and I could put it back myself if I was not paying full price! I have never been treated so poorly in my life trying to purchase something with my hard earned money.

i watched the staff and management berate a handicapped family for not wearing a mask. when i know for a fact the poor kids cant keep masks on for respiratory reasons. so that being said since this inst that type of store it shouldnt be a store anymore. shame on everyone who acted a fool today. i sudgest no one buys anything from here unless you think its ok to mistreat handicapped children over a mask.

I love this place. Really good prices on shoes, sometimes the best I can find aside from maybe driving forever to get to an outlet & even then I've been surprised by these guys. They also have a great selection of socks.
