The branch manager here should not even have a job. He is completely, 100% rude, and if I could have given a negative star I would have, strictly because of his lack of professionalism. My family had to evacuate the area when the hurricane came through, as many in this area did, and the last thing we needed was to walk into our bank and be treated the way my husband was when he went in to dispute an issue with our account. Corporate was contacted, and a complaint was filed. This manager is absolutely disgusting. He should be fired, or at the VERY LEAST, demoted. I closed our account with BB&T due to the treatment we were given at this branch. It will not be tolerated within my family.
