Inconsistent customer service ! Depending on who is working the teller line you can get good service or horrible service and rude attitude
Branch refused to cash my check and was extremely unprofessional. The check was drawn on my PNC account which had sufficient funds. All this negative energy was created and condoned by the Branch Manager named Stacey.
The slowest customer service I've ever seen.45 minutes in drive threw just to make a deposit. So from this type of service I would not recommend this bank to anyone

went to PNC bank Taylorsville branch to notarize my car title , first time they said we can not do it today come back tomorrow. when i went there the next day for the second time again they didnt want to do it for me and send me to another branch. very disrespectful , the worst customer care I have experienced so far
