Food was amazing.... hostess were great...... and Kryss our server was awesome...... a very unique and different experience due to him....,. Most servers kiss butt but he was just a genuine experience and was excellent to all our needs...... ordered whiskey steak burger with late addition of wing.

We had a birthday get together at this particular location in Picayune, MS on 26 March and the food was not good this night.nnWhile I was waiting on my family members to arrive I sat at the bar and ordered the appetizer platter. The platter arrived and it did not have the boneless wings I selected. The guy across the bar had my platter. The bartender acknowledged the mistake, and kept on working. I said excuse me I want my correct wings, and so she then went to place my order. In addition, the Spinach dip was cold. I just left it alone and finished my beverage.nnEventually my family arrived and I went to join them. Long story short, my cousin fried shrimp was cooked to hard, and my aunt food had a LONG PIECE OF RED HAIR in her foodud83dudc40. We asked to see management.nnThe manager did take the items off of their receipts.nnNormally the food is on point but I think since it was so busy and crowded.....the kitchen staff was rushing orders and not following some health code protocols with the hair nets if thats even still a thing. No excuse for cold food or overcooked seafood.nnI will go back to this location to eat.....staff just needs to be consistent and not rush orders and HAIR NETS.

3rd time in years. Half order was wrong. Blackened fish was raw in center. Barely cheese on broccoli. No sauce. And broccoli was under cooked. Mash potatoes were bland!

The service was terrible. The food took forever and a day to come out. One of our party members ordered ribs and after a 20 minute wait they come to tell us they are out of ribs so we had to wait even longer. The shrimp was like it came out the freezer and was microwaved. The steak was harder to chew than a dollar store slim Jim and it was cooked medium rare so no excuses there. And the appetizers not only were they nasty they were cold. The drink refills never come just an absolute nightmare of a restaurant and it needs to be closed down. Don't waste your time here try another small local restaurant near by. And ps the children's menu is not suitable for human consumption so save your kids.

Went there this evening and the Bourbon street shrimp and chicken was great. Chicken was nice and juicy the shrimp were cooked just right and the onions were sauted the way they were supposed to be.. Great job everyone at Applebee's
