My visit at Olive Garden in Jackson was great! The food was good and the service wasnoutstanding!! I am not sure what my waiters name was, (Courtney W) that's on my ticket. He was very prompt!! Thank you so much. After having a long day at work, I was so happy I didn't encounter any mishaps. I will be back. Thank you satisfied customer.
Great...just hate their selection is smaller now
The service at this Olive Garden locations was outstanding. I was seated directly to a quiet, remote table out of the way of the restaurant hustle. The food was served hot and prepared nicely. Really enjoyed eating there.
I love Olive Garden, let me start by saying that. Due to the pandemic, I decided to place a online order. This was my first time doing so. Once my order was placed, I received a confirmation to my email to let me know it was received and the time I can pick up. Once I arrived, I called to let them know I was there and what slot I was parked in. She let me know I was early and my order wasn't quite ready. We sat there and watch everybody in the parking lot receive their order. After sitting there for almost an hour, I called to see where's my order. Within only minutes of me calling, out comes my order. I said all that to say, don't give a time if you can't honor that time. Had I not already paid, I would've left. That's was entirely too long. And the 3 stars is only because the food was hot and delicious.
My son and I right here last night after coming in from out of town to have some test Run at Children’s Hospital. The restaurant was not very busy at all we sat there for ever before we got served I had to go find someone to finally send our server to the table even after that it was extremely slow servers were hollering at tables asking what they needed instead of approaching them my chicken Parmesan was soggy. And it definitely does not make the standards of any Olive Garden I have ever dined in. After traveling all day and being ready for a good hot meal this is not the experience we wanted definitely will not be returning
