Love eating at this Family owned business especially on Thursdays when there’s a live band! From their pork skins to rib meat falling off the bone to the margaritas! It’s all good!!
Upon arriving I was greeted into a warm, inviting atmosphere which harbored some of the best barbecue I've ever eaten, aside from Memphis.nMy charming waitress' name was Amanda Mae, & she was very patient w/me as I asked questions, & she was definitely very knowledgeable about each of the delicious, 1 of a kind, made from scratch dishes I enjoyed & thus devoured!nThe selection & variation of sauces baffled me... in a good way! Very enjoyable.
Really good food. Fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and all the sides really stand out. Great BBQ. I can see why this a local favorite!
Their secret ingredients to their meats are a dash of salt and MAYBE a smidge of pepper. If bland to no flavor is your taste, come here. The staff was polite but not well put together.
If you’re in Meridian and want some good barbecue, Go to Squealers! Enough said! Thank me later.
