AMAZING. Charity was on top of her service game tonight! Not only were our drinks timely (and VERY delicious) so was our food. We're so thankful to have been sat quickly and taken care of with a smile. 10 stars if I could JUST for how amazing Charity was to us. Thank you!
Food was great and the service was very prompt.
It’s likely just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings you have been to. It’s fast food. It works.nnHowever. In the 20 minutes I was standing waiting for me food I witnessed 3 servers without their masks on and 3 more servers without their masks covering their nose.nnIn fact, in front of me currently is who I presume is the manager, no wearing a mask.nnIf I had not paid for my food, I would have left. I considered leaving without my food.
The staff is rude and unprofessional will never spend my money here again! The food was absolutely nasty! They need to shut down this store!
I came with a group of 6 people for lunch and when we arrived, there was only one other table (of 5) in the restaurant. We all ordered our food and waited, and waited. After about 30 min one order came out and then one about every 5 min after that. One of us didn't even get our food and requested it to go. After asking the manager why it took so long she said that she was the one cooking, bussing tables and filling drinks (with an attitude). This place has a management problem and I know several people that won't be back until it improves. This isn't the first time a lunch visit has took over an hour+ with very few people there. 2 stars because the food was good.
