Travelers Beware: Bad Service, Dirty Restaurant that needs repairs. Went to dinner after long drive. Hostess was unprofessional and didn’t seat us right away despite no wait. We ordered an appetizer and two salads. The appetizers arrived after we finished our salads. The restaurant was less than half capacity and other tables were served before us, even though we were seated prior. And to top it all off; there was a large hole in the sheetrock by the table top. This restaurant is in need of professional leadership, maintenance, and employee training. Better to eat somewhere else.
I will NEVER go back. I'm in from out of town and never have been treated so bad. I do a lot of traveling and I go in a lot of different restaurant's and never been treated so bad. First the state mask has been lifted but yet still had to wear it second the waitress brought us our drinks but no straws. Took our order and 45 minutes later we got our and never seen the waitress again. I'm calling for a boycott to all Applebee's. Maybe they will get the point.
I was here about an hour ago, the food is not what it use to be. The server we had was terrible, the food and drinks wasn't right at all and last but not least customer service sucks here. I just cant believe how terrible the service and the food was tonight. I hope it gets better.
Really great buffalo chicken wings (I ordered the bone in) along the way, someone got my order wrong and the waitress noticed I had bone in and brought my correct order out promptly. When I did bite into it, it was so yummy! Our waitress was good too, attentive, but not annoying. Everything was great! We will be back to this applebee's in the future.
Excellent experience! Our waitress was very thorough and attentive and the food was absolutely wonderful! If I'm ever in the area again, I know where to come for great food and service! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
