Great service and tasty food ud83dude0b
Stopped in from traveling all day. It's nice to see a friendly face and good service when your on the road. Well, that was not the case tonight. Claire was not friendly or attentive. We had to ask for plates for our wings and never did get any silverware to eat the pizza with. We waited a long time for drink refills.nBut the food was excellent and looking at other reviews this is the place to be. I guess we just picked the wrong night.
I got the grilled shrimp and it was amazing. Took a little long to get the food. But it was Worth the wait.
Great place to meet people. Friendly owner (Corky) and staff. The food is excellent and the beer is cold!
This was my first time visiting this establishment and it was the worst. I ordered 2 capital burgers and was not provided any condiments to dress the burger despite request being made. I spoke with Ashley, who abruptly wanted her title to be known she was the manager about my issue and to add insult she advised to drive all the way back to the location to pick up condiments and was candid about the issue. When I requested to speak with management she implied, “I am the manager!” She advised she would leave gift cards as I was very well prepared to show her the uneaten order. Monday I drove to the restaurant only to be advised she is a part time manager on Sundays and nothing was left for you. You should not cheat people especially during this uncertain times in this pandemic. Don’t rush orders towards the end of the night. Also keep your word by meeting the expectations you set to resolve customer issues.
