Inviting, very cozy, pleasant & welcoming atmosphere. Awesome & amazing staff from the entering with wonderful family to assist in preparing our meals, serving & one of the managers visiting hear all the compliments, lol because it was great! The wine is some we haven't located since cruising with Norwegian....nWe were there with friends celebrating 30 years of marriage, We'll certainly come again....Outstanding!!!!

I have been to Ely's multiple times and had an excellent experience each and every time. It is expensive, but the quality and quantity of food is well worth it. The servers are excellent and the management does a great job of visiting tables. Definitely an excellent choice for steaks in Ridgeland and will be going again!

The food and service were outstanding! We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and they gave us a slice of cheesecake with a candle. Even the manager came to our table. We will definitely be returning!

I was highly disappointed with the food and service, considering it was $176 for my wife and I to dine here. Our reservation was for 6:45, we arrived at about 6:35. We were asked to wait. Not a big deal, except 6 other parties came in after us and were immediately seated. Not a great start. We finally got a table at about 6:50. Our table was small, up against a wall, and my chair was right up against a doorway that people were regularly going though. The waiter came quickly and took our food and drink orders. Appetizer arrived at about 7:00, we had the crab cakes, they were pretty good. At about 7:10 they came and told us that the bartender could not make my wife’s mixed drink any time soon because he had cut his hand. Within 5 minutes, 2 other tables received mixed drinks. We then got our salads. My lettuce was hot. About 7:20 my wife flagged down our waiter to ask why other tables had gotten mixed drinks after we were told they weren’t making them anymore. He said he would get it for her, and did within a couple of minutes. We got our steaks at about 7:30 and they were okay, nowhere near as good as I was expecting for a 55 dollar steak. If this had been a cheap run of the mill steakhouse like Outback or Longhorns, it would be 3 stars, but with the price tag attached to Ely’s, it’s a solid 1 star.

My wife and I dine at Ely for the first time, we had a great time the staff was awesome and the food was out of this world. Wonderful experience celebrating our 27th anniversary. Will be coming back really soon.
