Backyard Birds

I received a gift card to this store. I've been trying to shop there for 2 years but I have never found them to be open. Today I arrived with my gift card and saw someone exit the store with product in hand, so I was very excited. A sign on the door indicated they had only curbside service, but they don't have a website and I've never been in the place, so that doesn't work. My husband and I entered the building, where the door was unlocked. We both wore masks. The employee who was not masked asked us to step outside and he could bring what we needed. I explained that I couldn't tell him what I wanted because I had never been in before. He refused to let us look at his product and in a very rude manner asked us to leave. His store was empty. Distancing was not even close to an issue. I left as requested and will never set foot there again. Had to leave 1 star to write a review. This employee's behavior was deplorable and deserved zero stars. I'm sorry they already have the money.

Very helpful staff with a wide range of products, with probably the best range in the city. Would highly recommend
