I wanted to really like this place based on the reviews. But I called three times because after specifying that I wanted a brisket with my side of beef I never received one. I was told that someone would get back with me and no one ever has and I’m fed up. I drove from Provo all the way to Tooele, a four hour round trip. I will never do this again! So who took my brisket?
We got a beef from Mascaro Ranch and they sent it to this butcher. It was my first time getting a beef from them. When I called they were helpful in selecting the cuts as they went down a list of questions. After aging, cutting and freezing my beef was ready to pick up in 19 days. The beef was in boxes between 50 and 55 lbs each and each package was clearly marked.
Since it was the first time I had several questions, and they were friendly and helpful answering my questions.
