The gentleman tried his best to help me. This outlet only carries the most expensive line of New Balance. They don't cater to just run of the mill working class people. I typically go through a pair of shoes every 3 months because of being diabetic and working on concrete 50+ hours a week. Have really wide feet and New Balance is one that carries more wide selection.

Jake worked with me to find the best shoe and insert for my hard to fit feet. Very knowledgeable and super helpful! A little expensive, but well worth it for great fitting shoes!

Last weekend my sister, my mom and I stopped in to get my sister new work shoes, she's on her feet serving 10+ hours a day and was needing better support. The Assistant Manager was incredibly helpful and informative on the products they offered and helped her pick out the best shoes for her price range, he made the entire interaction easy and lighthearted. The store was impeccably clean, as my sister and I both worked in retail it was hard not to notice how tidy and organized it was. Overall we had a great experience and we'll definitely be recommending New Balance to others.n(I wish I could remember the ASM's name to give him a shoutout. I know it started with a D...sorry!)

First time I've bought New Balance shoes that were more then $100, really hope they last more then a few months. The place is clean and the folks are nice.
