The assistant manager, Kayla, was who helped me and I was extremely impressed. Not only was she personable, but she was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of sperrys and helped me decide what would be the best for me. I actually went in just browsing around and ended up leaving with a new pair of shoes. (Which I absolutely love) She was extremely patient as I went back and forth between different pairs. You could tell it wasn’t just about the sale and she really wanted to make sure I got the shoes that I wanted. I will definitely be coming back here! Thank you Kayla!!

Salesperson Erica was pleasant, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable way above average about Sperry's boots. She pointed out pros and cons of three different styles helping my wife understand the features of both and managing expectations about wearing them in the ice, rain and indoors. Erica's winsome personality, experience with the boots my wife was considering and helpful advice made all the difference. In the end we each bought a pair of new shoes. Thank you Erica!

Kayla was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She’s enough to make me want to come back. She was patient with us even after a few different requests. She went above and beyond. Another associate was helpful in letting us know her opinions too. Our cashier was very pleasant also but we didn’t catch his name.
