Been to this outlet on a good few occasions and always buy my shoes here.nThere's quite a good selection to choose from and from my experience the shoes may feel a little expenceive to some people but you cannot put a price on your feet, nothing worse than poorly fitted shoes.nHelpful & polite staff would definately recommend this shop

Was not welcomed to the store, seen the same name shoes other places at half the cost. Not into spending $200+ on a single pair of shoes. Shoes don't last that long anymore, I went to a different place in the same mall and got a heck of a deal on two pairs of shoes. Felt like I was in a shoe store, had great customer service, was greeted when I walked in the door, asked if I needed help. I nearly in the back of this place before I was even recognized by the staff. Was in there about 5 minutes before deciding to leave. Had I found the right shoes I may have stayed and possibly purchased from here, but I am not paying that kind of money for shoes I will replace in a month or two.

I'm typically not a fan of outlet stores. Often times sale items are not available in popular sizes or items are styles or colors that didn't sell.nnThe Merrell Outlet is definitely an exception! Not only did they have a good selection along with some great prices, but the staff was super friendly and willing to help a moment's notice.

Acadamy cheaper.Store manager just wants to argue over gortex shoe says on tag it has and she's telling you know and its not like regular gortex. All I want to know does it keep feet dry like gortex

They seem to have good sales. I stopped in a couple times and bought some hiking shoes. The shoe is good quality, they have good pricing and the store is clean. They seemed to have my sizes in each shoe I was looking for.
