Had Taylor was our waiter and he definitely made this a 5 star experience. Had the kitchen make a specific sandwich for my son and I, chatted with my little girl, and gave my hubs and I great drink recommendations. The place had a good atmosphere but Taylor made this an amazing this visit for us. Great meal and service after a long day!

The staff and service are excellent, the atmosphere is top notch, and the beer is maybe the best on the landing. The prices are comparable to everyone else's who has to pay rent down there. The food, which arrives in ample portion sizes, just wasn't very good when I had it (and I'm forgiving of pub food).nnI could be persuaded that it was due to the pandemic taking their chef, or something similar, and may give them another shot if I'm in the area, hungry, and don't want to try something else. Or if I just want a beer.

Restaurant was very disorganized and ill prepared, even for St Paddy's Day, and the service was abysmal. Our waiter did not wear a mask. We sat at our table for over 30 minutes without a drink. Waiter kept making excuses about kitchen problems, then would vanish for 20 minutes at a time. Had to ask another waiter to bring the cokes we ordered, which he did right away. I don't think our waiter ever noticed. Also had to go to the bar myself to get a second beer. Finally got our food minus one of the appetizers we ordered but we had given by then. Over two hours at our table for mediocre appetizers and entrees. Recommend saving your money.

Have been here twice on weekend trips to Branson. Somehow ended up with the same waiter. Brian is a unique character and provides good service, please never stop wearing your brown hat. If you’re in doubt about the menu, just get the fish N chips. Can’t be beat

Changing my review on this. This place used to be really good. The food is still pretty good, but the service is down right horrible now. We entered through the main entrance and sat on the patio. Waited 15 minutes, no service. Wife went in and told them we were out there, we ordered some beers. 10 minutes + go by, still no beers. In the time that we got seated and ordered our beers we saw 2 groups of people arrive, get tired of waiting to be waited on and leave. I honestly wont be back, I'll sit across the way at Big Whiskeys to do my people watching and drinking beer at the landing.
