Came in with the family about a week ago! Food wasn’t the best but my husband loved the ribs, and my son loved his Buffalo wontons. My steak was kind of tough and a little undercooked but had a good flavor! Mike was our server and he was very good. Very attentive, our drinks were never empty and he got my son a free dessert for his birthday! We will be back for the ribs itself, the atmosphere, and the service!

Our server's name was Luke. He wore his mask on his chin. He took our drink orders and then forgot to bring them until he noticed we had none .He took my daughter's soda and didn't bring one back. When our food arrived, the young lady brought a soda. When we asked for a straw, she got and unwrapped one from the bar. My chicken tenders looked nothing like the ;picture and the sweet potato fries were cold. They brought more but they were way over done. Luke also took my granddaughter's drink and forgot to bring it. When I saw him close. starting to clear a table I reminded him about her drink. All in all we were not pleased. We eat at the on by the mall in Springfield and don't have these problems. At one point he disappeared for about 15 minutes and if it was his break time he was different when he came back. Our tips were smaller than normal because of his service . We understand he is not responsible for the food. I don't think we will be back.

Terrible experience. The waitress and front house staff did a great job. I think our server may have been the only one in the whole place and the kitchen made her look like a total fool. They really did her dirty. She, Rebecca, was attentive, but the kitchen took over an hour to get our food from the time we ordered it and the place was not even a little bit full. The food, when it finally came, was cold and unappealing. The lettuce was wilted and brown. We were not given all of our food and had to ask for the remaining items several times and wait a very long time for each. The restaurant ran out of silverware, cups, and bowls while we were here. Our waitress was overwhelmed and the food was cold and unappealing. We will not return.

We were in Branson for vacation and ended up eating here twice. The first night we had the whisky glazed salmon and pork chop, and it was fantastic! The second night our server was amazing and so accommodating. I had the fish tacos with out the tortilla, so she had them make it into a salad. My husband had the cajun pasta and was a little disappointed in the flavor. Overall, great experience and we would recommend it completely!

Stopped by for lunch while doing Christmas shopping. We came in just after 11 am on a Tuesday. We got the loaded fries, Big Whiskey Burger, and Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It was all absolutely fantastic! We got our food quickly and it was so good. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone else!
