Overall I've had a good experience at central bank. But my experience with their customer service is what puts them over the top. Specifically Dimitri Compton, he helped me with a difficult situation. He was very understanding and patient. He took the time to explain the things I didnt understand in a very sweet manner which meant alot. Thanks Dimitri!
Opened my minor son a checking account to continue to teach him about finances and how to handle them properly. This location on HWY 248, locally known as the Cedar Ridge location, is not the place to go. Used the drive thru for the first time since his account was opened. 0 greeting, 0 courtesy, 0 customer service skills, 0 what can I do for you?. Santina at the main branch is the way to go. She has what 248 does not. She is EVERYTHING, and more than, what I expect from a financial institution. A ginormous THANK YOU!!!! to Satina for all of your help!

Love this bank soooo much. The lady that opened my account was hella nice and super cool. Got set up real fast and she answered all my questions quickly and professionally. I wish they had popcorn though in the waiting area which is the only thing lacking in these banks. If you need a place to store your hard earned gold while out adventuring this is the place for you ud83eudd11ud83eudd11ud83eudd11ud83eudd11
I have been treated like a valued customer every, single time I have gone to the location on James F. Epps. These women are awesome. Always professional and helpful. Someone got into my account a few months ago. I was so upset. The associate was so calm. She had a wonderful demeanor during the whole process and took care of everything.
