We called in for a very large order to go for our school trip. We picked up the order and was amazed they provided not just excellent food but everything we needed to serve and eat on. They even included chocolate mints and the ice and cups for our drinks. Thank you Olive Garden for making our stay a little easier. Will definitely order from them again.
Olive garden is usually fantastic, at least it used to be. The food this time was hard and crusty. I got the Tour of Italy which I get quite often but the Alfredo and the chicken were both hard. The breadsticks also tasted a lot different. Almost like they were frozen. The salad was still great. Our waitress was very friendly but never once offered to refill our drinks.
Definitely the worst Olive Garden I’ve been to. I love Olive Garden’s food but I will not return to the one in Brandon, MO. I was there 03/07/21 with my family. I always order the Chicken Parmigiana but this one was terrible. The Chicken was over cooked, dry, and was close to burnt. The spaghetti was tasteless, like spaghetti noodles with watered down tomato chunks. My son usually loves their spaghetti but would not touch his plate after the first bite. The server informed me she would notify the kitchen and manager and did her job as a server to check on us, although she never offered refills for our salad or drinks after our complaints about the food. The manager on duty never came to our table to check on our complaints. Being a server myself, i am usually the most patient and understanding and I know that we can only do so much on our part, but my experience with the food was terrible. I paid my Bill in full and still tipped the server $10, but will never return.
The great food and drinks were surpassed only by the great staff they have. The only drawback being it seems you always have quite a wait at dinner time. We adapted by going to a late lunch / early dinner at 2 to 4pm. Much better.
Just had our family dinner their tonight. Very very busy. Our waiter Danny did a fabulous job and did not disappoint in his service as his section was full and did a wonderful job juggling all his tables. Thank you Danny.
