Eventhough I didn't buy anything because Birkenstock does not make the style shoe I want in my size anymore the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation and how to work it out. I would highly recommend this shop to help with your Birkenstock needs. Great service and help!

Very pleased with my purchase. My daughter and myself have each gotten two pairs of Birks form this store. The salesman Don was very helpful. I called to say what we wanted and he had them ready to go right when I got there. I will continue to go back to this store for any future purchases.

She was so patient with me as I tried on multiple pairs, and she adjusted the shoes to best fit my feet. She was so kind and helped me find shoes my feet and I have been yearning for.

On 9/1/18 Very Mean Store Manager; I went into Birkenstock & More on 12350 Olive. I wanted to buy some Birkenstock sandles locally, but wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying more than what was advertised online. I walked in the store holding my phone looking for comparison prices. I asked the store manager Don McAd...for help with prices and models. He didn’t offer much help at all. He was short and rude. When I asked what a number meant he said “I don’t know”. I asked “what is the difference between all these?” He bluntly said “leather” from across the room. I tried to ask some more questions which he refused to answer stating he didn’t want to help someone who obviously wants to buy online. After enduring very mean words from him, I told him because of his rudeness he was losing a sale. He smugly said no I’m not; I sell plenty of shoes and implied I wasn’t going to buy anyway. This manager lost his temper and was yelling at me as I was walking out the door. I try to shop local as much as I can. I went out of my way to do so at this shop and was extremely disappointed and hurt at how I was treated. I hope the owner finds a better salesperson/manager.nnI immediately drove to Laurie’s at the Galleria where I received exceptional assistance from a sales person named Dorita Wil.... She took the time to explain the difference between leather and synthetic microfiber. She answered all my questions. I immediately purchased the shoes for my daughter’s birthday. Both sales people at Laurie’s were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Laurie’s.
