I knew what I wanted going into the store, I'd seen the Bearclaw boots at another Famous Footwear the previous weekend. The young gentleman working that day greeted me kindly and professionally. I found the boots after looking at clearance stuff first, per the young man's suggestion as you could buy one pair of shoes and get another free. I tried on the boots I'd come in for, the young man working checked me out with a smile on his face.nI'd recommend this store!

Shopping for a deal in the clearance section. Associates were very accomodating.

I dont always have luck finding a women's size 11; however, customer service is excellent. This store has a variety of shoe brands and styles. They are able to order shoes for you...not sure if you have to pay first but its still an option. Join their rewards program. I had a $5 coupon. Very happy with the products and service at this Creve Coeur location.
