They were busy on a Saturday night. We went to eat, arrived at 8pm. Had to wait about 20 min to be seated. Service was slow. Music was loud, atmosphere was loud for our family of 3 dinner. My wife and I both had burgers. Hers was cooked medium as ordered. I ordered my smokhouse burger medium..but came out well done. Flavor was good however. I wasn't about to wait on another burger to be cooked properly as it was 9:15pm when our food was finally brought to us. Probably better results on a week night IMHO
