It is such a pleasure coming in there. Such a great group of gentlemen with epic style who help walk through getting you in a suit that you can't help but feel empowered! But never a hard sell and never not personable. They always make me feel right at home and I'm so very happy on how they take care of me. Also the tailor is such a warm person who takes such care with your clothes and so amazing. So many gems here! Highly recommend.

Richard was an exceptional sales person. Greeted within 10-15 seconds of walking in the door. He was very quick to measure me for a suit jacket, pants, and shirt, and he even helped me select some matching ties. Very knowledgeable and informative about clothing materials. I will be back in one week for the tailor to work her magic on the two suits I purchased. After spending all day in St. Louis looking to be sized and purchase a suit, Jos A Bank definitely takes the cake. Highly recommend! Not to mention, Richard sold me two suits for an AMAZING discounted price, and he never once intimidated me or tried to sell me something out of my budget.

Richard was very, very helpful. I am sure everyone in the store is great but Richard was able to get my entire suit hemmed in under 24hrs because he did not want to risk it not being ready for the wedding i am going to. This specific store is absolutely great, highly recommended!
