The guy who helped me set up my bank account was great! However, every time I have called to ask a question, no matter the location, they never have the right answer. Don't give false information because you don't know the correct answer. Train the people who are going to be answering phones a bit better, or to get help if they need it. This is a reoccurring issue and is very inconvenient.
