I just started a bank an account with commerce bank on the 6/27 i was told that my card will be mailed that day. After over 10 days i did not get my card. I spoke with an assistant manager Amanda at Manchester branch and she informed me if it did not come i can get the card printed. I went to wood mills branch and spoke with Melissa the manager she was unwilling to help me and told me she can not help me because i was a new banker. She never tried to find another resolution she just denied me of help. I called Amanda while i was at the bank and Amanda told me that i could she put me on hold and proceeded to chat with Melissa through computer Melissa tells me she can’t do anything for you either. Amanda gets back on the phone and says i can’t do anything . Despite the wrong information she provided me. Lack of verbiage and customer service skills. I was provided Ann Bronson email and i spoke with her over the phone she lack skills as well she even told so you want to close the account because i pulled my money out. She completely ignored the experience i had.nMy point is to have respect for all human kind and better customer service skills is pretty bad that your employees you manage have better customer service skills than the management team

I have now tried 3 times to close my account. I was already completely dissatisfied with the service on too many occasions hence the reason for ending business with them. To date, my account is still not closed. This is totally unacceptable and I have heard there's better banking elsewhere. UPDATE: It has now been 2 weeks since I asked at least 3 people to close my account and it's still open. Very odd and this is definitely not okay. Any other bank would have valued your request to end business.

Paul Miley was very helpful in the bank. Then when I had a problem on-line, he transferred my money for me over the phone & made it so easy.

I tried to call the branch, I call the switch board about 10 times, they can not get me to anyone answer the phone down there from 9;00 - 9:15

Half hour wait just to deposit a check. There's no line. Now I have to skip my lunch break.
