I have visited St. Luke's Urgent Care multiple times over the years. I have been consistently pleased with the experience from check-in, the short wait, and the impressively thorough medical treatment. They read my medical history, ask me informed questions, do initial lab work, accurately diagnose the condition, prescribe what I need, and they follow up with a phone call from a doctor when the lab results come in. The staff and medical providers have been very pleasant and competent. The facility is very clean. I simply can't believe some of the reviews. I wonder if they were at a different urgent care facility.

Great people work here and they care about their patients. Would chose this 10/10 over DePaul.

Took well over an hour to see me for a routine test. Was the only patient in the lobby. Absurd wait, no urgency 'bout them. Staff was courteous which is why I'm not giving them one star.

Too long of a wait just for a urinalysis!!! I was the only 1 in this waiting room when I got there. Ridiculous. The rn named jeannie/jeannine something was kinda rude. She was making it seem as if I had done something wrong due to my bladder being able to only produce less than 2oz of urine. I was told to drink 3cups(8oz) and wait 15min to give another sample. I waited more than 20 min that time because more than 4 other ppl had arrived by then and they were calling them back while I sat and waited...again! (After going to the window)and I was still only able to produce less than 2oz. This rn had a demeanor towards me that made me uncomfortable. She said that I may be asked to do the urinalysis again if the urine amount I gave wasn't enough.(ok,fine) that would def hold up my hiring process and she knew that. As bad as I need work during a pandemic! I felt it was intentional ,sending me through changes just cause she had the authority to do so.As if all ppl of my color do drugs!! We dont!! I still signed and initialed the last sample before leaving. Received pprwrk. She was ignoring me when I was speaking to her during the signing of my sample process and being evassive when I asked her the process of another urinalysis. I said well,I guess I will ask management from the employer that sent me.I didn't get any answers at all from this nurse. She seemed to have an issue with the fact that my body couldn't give her the sample she desired. After I had been there for close to an hour already trying to give more of a sample than my body would give!! It's nature, which can't be controlled! 2 samples and 50 min later shows that that was the best I could give! I should of followed my 1st mind and went on Olive.

So I made an appointment and they don’t even honor the appointment time. They just put you in the line with everyone else no matter that you took the time to make an appointment to be able to get in and out.
