Good food. Very attentive (but not intrusive!) service. A good example of how airport dining should be... Good fast simple. Thanks. I'll drop in again the next tine through.

I went to Mike Shannon's to get something to eat while waiting for my flight. I was early so I thought I had plenty of time. I was seated right away and had my order taken.nMy drink came out quick and I even got a refill. After sitting there for over a half hour and watching 2 other people complain about things the waitress came over and said the kitchen lost my ticket and just walked away. Not even a mention of offering something else, just walked away. By now I am running out of time so I asked to talk to a manager about not getting my meal. Someone came out and apologized, but they told me the waitress said I told her I didn't want my meal! Not even close to the truth. Thankfully the manager or whoever I was talking to offered me a Turkey club sandwich and a salad to go. The food I got was good, but terrible service for a restaurant in an airport.

$18 for a burger and sweet potato fries. Picture speaks for itself, rather disappointing for the price, even for airport food. The salads looked half decent that other people got.

I had a great burger and very cold beer. The side salad was generous and waiting times were short.nnBut the reason and one and only reason this is a 5 star is because of the awesomeness that is Leslie. She is the most thorough and professional server I have seen in years. Every detail she has covered from how much ice you would like to the exact breakdown of your burger and sides. She moves fast and doesn't miss a thing.nWHAT A LEGEND. LESLIE YOU KILLING IT. Keep it up. You should be training all the other staff at the restaurant chain. Well done great job.

Terrible Service. We were seated at 4 30, Server complaining, server finally got our drinks at 5:00 and took our order. All to Be rewarded with slamming every plate on the table, cold food and 17.00 drinks that were watered down. Please skip this place. There is a way nicer restaurant 4 gates up where the experience will be mu h better and the food will be better. As the waitress said she had been there for years, means they aren't fixing it anytime soon.
