U guys suck period.
Use a different bank. PNC is a pain to deal with! I was a customer since the National City days, and it used to be just fine. They keep cutting services and don't allow you grandfather in your old account types. I finally jumped ship to Ally Bank and have been very pleased with the switch. PNC was terribly frustrating with poor customer service (especially their corporate line) and lack luster product portfolio.
I went in to the creve cour branch were a banker waived me into her office as she sat down at her desk and was told by this banker she could only explain how the acct would work as she opened it. I ask her did the have any credit cards, she answered me yes and just stared at me. I was shopping banks and wanted to see how I would be treated before I bring over large balances... I will not choose PNCnI do not know the bankers name because she did not introduce herself to me or ask my name.Extremely poor customer service
never found a bank as friendly as the ladue/lindbergh branch. they are courteous, knowledgable and do what other banks wont do, respect their clients. i read the other reviews and have to say i can not understand how we are talking about the same branch as i have had bad experiences with the olive branch but the lindbergh branch has been exceptional!!!!
