I wonder why they never answer the phone. No matter what time of day you call the phone just rings. That's not good customer service.

They are very professional, understanding and explained everything to me detail after detail, to the point where I understood everything that they were explaining to me, and would definitely recommend anyone to bank there.

I think Regions is fantastic. I don't have a lot of money but they still treat me as a number 1 customer. I normally do all my business at the ATM or Video Teller where I can cash checks, make deposits, get cash, everything from my car. They have plenty of ATM/VIDEO TELLERS I think 3 in all, that I have very rarely had to wait to do business. When an unknown company tried to make a $90 withdraw from my checking THEY CALLED ME AND DENIED THE TRANSACTION. My boyfriend goes down the street to Commerce and they are definitely behind in technology, customer service, ATM availability, the drive thru is ALWAYS over loaded with cars and the wait time can be very irritating. I AM SO HAPPY I CHOSE REGION'S BANK.

I was told I could not make a withdrawal from the drive up teller and would have to come in. I’ve bank with regions ever since I first started to drive, this has never been a problem, until I came to this branch location.

Been dealing with this bank through over thirty years of several names and a few different locations and here's the summary :nOne bad experience in all that time. Though lanes are sometimes slow and busy (like all banks), the staff is always friendly, thoughtful & attentive. That gives them 4 out of five stars in my judgement.nWent there today and drive up window was closed due to Covid 19 issues. I hope Elise & the entire staff are well & saying safe.
