HORRIBLE service branch manager Rex? Is rude and ignorant. When I had a problem I asked to speak to manager I got rex and when he could not help me i asked for corporate number he got defensive and would not give me the number then hang up

Charged a $7 fee to cash their own check just because I don't have an account with them. Never mind the fact I couldn't go to my own bank as there were no Navy Federal Credit Unions nearby. I would understand if the check was a non US Bank check. They sure have a funny way of supporting the troops.

This is hands down the worst US bank I’ve ever been to. Corporate should honestly shut it down. I worked with Amanda today fyinnI went there today to try and set up an account. I am a current (about to switch away from after this) customer who already has set up multiple business accounts in the past year.nnThe banker was obviously not trying to help me as her husband was waiting for her to go to lunch. After taking to her she tells me I need some paperwork (that I’ve never had to have before the other 3 times I set something up) and that they needed various other things besides my state paperwork.nn(I know this to be fake because I called before and after and this isn’t my first time setting up.)nnShe then makes the off hand comment “why are you setting up your account here? Why not go close to your house so they can help you better”nnWhich is very odd because customer service is supposed to be the same REGARDLESS Of what location I go to.
