Good people, but slow service due to inexperience in international wire transfers; not familiarized with how to transfer info from US system to International system, which tells me that they haven't been trained properly. I spent 1hr and 10 mins at the bank, which is very unusual for this service type. The bank associate messed up the first form and had to start over after calling another person to confirm what he did wrong. He also said that he's done many wire transfers prior this, which did not seem right to me. While this bank is empty and they have free time, my time as is precious. Who waits for over an hour at a bank nowadays? I'm seriously disappointed and have been a customer for 15 years.
