I’ve been coming here frequently and noticed one lady in there can’t remember her name looks like a banker or loan specialist rarely at the counter has her own desk. She’s a bit heavy and dark hair always dressed in dark colors VERY UNFRIENDLY! she saw me standing while they were under staffed she just kept looking as if she didn’t want to help her co workers. This review is based on my experience with her twice now. But the rest of the girls there are very welcoming
I deposited a check for 1k through US bank App and the check didn't go through and they have charged me 12 times overdraft. They said they can't do anything about it. Terrible bank. I'm done with US bank.nIm going to use Bank of America
Jack was very rude to my mother when she was just trying to deposit money in my account while I’m out of state. Jack showed no respect didn’t even want to talk to me on the phone and didnt deposit the full amount but the US Bank on reavis can. Awful service and not even a sorry to give back to customer.
He does not respect customers and is not helpful and I would not recommend cooperating with him very very badly
Will not be going here ever again, Jack was extremely disrespectful and needs to learn how to work with people. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.
