Horrible bank. I had to tell the teller to stop holding a conversation with a guy so she would help her co worker out with the 4 cars in the drive thru and the 5 people behind me in line.

Maximum atm withdrawal is only $300,and $500 at us bank atms per day. I asked them to bring it up to $1000 and s tools they can't because it's a security feature.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!nLost my Trust.nHad a certified CASHIERS CHECK, went in to cash it, and the teller wouldn't let me cash it, said that there was a 2-3 day holding period.nEVEN though I had enough in MY ACCOUNT to cover the CASHIERS CHECK.nSo what I did was withdraw majority of my money and am planning to close all accounts with US BANK, as soon as a few checks clear.
