I have had both good and bad service at this bank. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful, however the drive up deposits take forever. While I understand it can get busy, it’s probably quicker to walk in and get it complete that way. I will say I have seen an improvement in customer service in the past months!
Has to be the worst bank to go to i opened a business account malika said i didnt have to keep money in it then a week later they close it because there wasnt any money in it no courtesy call letter in the mail just close it thanks alot and they said thier here to help me grow my business more like destroy itud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

To many new faces to often . The bankers over drafted my account two times in a month simple mistake but the manager made me feel like it was all my fault then scolded me also embarrassed me in front of customers for there errors . One of the wonderful ladies who should be the manager sorted it out quickly and was accommodating also very professional and polite !
Would give zero stars if I could, customer service is horrible. Pulled a payment twice which overdrafts me & wouldn't correct the issue.nLuckily a different branch was able to fix the issue
