Tried opening a checking account at Bismarck mo location today arrived at 430pm and not a customer insight except my husband and myself and 4 employees doing nothing except playing with their kids and gossiping about others very unhappy about the whole situation and a big loss to this banking franices!!
Used to be first bank was bought by Unico. I think it is an improvement. Online banking system is better now. Nice local bank
They will go out of their way to help you particularly during special circumstances, e.g. traveling out of state, lost card, card not working, identify theft, and identity theft protection, etc. I have banked with 3 other banks in the area, but after switching to Unico and their awesome customer service, I won’t bank with anyone else!
