This hotel has closed down. And the restaurant.
Worst hotel experience of my life! I was given 2 filthy rooms (1 was occupied) before given a slightly cleaner room. There were no towels when we arrived at 4:00 pm and they said they would have them when we returned after our games. At 10:00 pm, still no towels and were told it would be another hour. Finally, we received 3 dirty, stained towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people! After arguing that we needed more towels, and a hand towel because we couldn’t even dry our hands, he gave us what we needed. The entire hotel is in disrepair and disgustingly dirty. No one working there had a uniform and they were the most unfriendly people I have come in contact with. I can’t even begin to go in to all the details about our night stay here, but I will warn others not to step foot on their parking lot! It also looked like there were some shady people and possible drug deals happening from the back of the place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Nice and clean rooms. Good front desk service. Hotel staff were courteous and prompt. Had a heater issue and the staff replaced the heater in under 20 minutes. Was a good experience. They have certainly changed and have improved a lot from my previous visit 6 months ago.

Killed 6 bugs, room is hot, no crib or pack n play available, no towels in room, and TV needed maintenance. Hoping it will be better tomorrow. So, we also learned that they do not clean or restock the room and breakfast is definitely better being skipped. All of the staff we encountered were nice but need to have some uniform or name tag as they all looked like they are in street clothes. May have been some pimp and hooker situation in some of the rooms as well. Recommend choosing another hotel.
