Platte City's solo sports bar. We've avoided it during the pandemic as it's a popular place and for good reason. Nicely laid out and we'll stocked bar. Pool room with a solo table, plenty of TVs for sports, decent service. Best of all they have a solid menu of good bar food, burgers, sandwiches, and much more. All reasonably pricednnWe stopped for a late afternoon sandwich, midweek, so traffic was very light. Slow getting seated, but very good service after that. Wife's burger was excellent. My Ruben was very good, also.
The food is excellent. The service could be better. It was not horrible but not excellent either. Apps came out after our food. Waitress did not ask how everything was tasting. She did not ask if we needed more to drink until after we paid. She was nice...just think they could use some training.
I visit this place a lot! This is the best place to have a bite. I go there many times. The meals are just great, the staff members are friendly and the prices are affordable. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant for a good lunch.
Great burgers & the biggest chicken sandwich you will ever eat! Big enough for 2 people! Plenty of TV's for the big game. Nice staff very attentive.
We had a group of 8 girls on Friday night around 8. The waitress was the most unfriendly waitress I have ever met. We went to the bar to order shots and hoping to have a more friendly experience with the bartender, but man oh man, she was straight rude. Instead of a smile and hi ladies, it was you'll have to wait a second. After standing there for 5 to 10 minutes watching her fulfill orders that were just being printed in front of our faces, we tried ordering a variety of shots which the bartender had no idea how to make any of. At that point we just told her to make something that she knew how to. After being at the bar for 15 to 20 minutes we headed back to the table. We had still not received our drinks we had ordered when sitting down. We were rarely checked on and felt as if we were a nuisance to the waitress. Unfortunately this establishment needs a serious customer service intervention!!!
