Was ok had lots of pets but pretty pricy.

Customer service was great. All the employees I came in contact with were very helpful, they asked if there was anything they could help me with. The lady at the register asked me if I used the store app. She told me about savings and price matching the web site. Was very pleased with the service.

Their variety is vast, building is very nice (its brand new). The problem is their staff, from the minute I walked in there to where I was checking out, no one tried to even helped me, I thought that maybe I was imaging it, but when I asked for help, I was treated very unprofessional, but they were being really nice to every one else but me? Upon check out the other lady was even worse. I bought a pair of shoes because I was running short in time and didn't want to go to another store but my experience was terrible.

Friendly people, and you are able to buy cst litter by 15# or 30# bulk refill your own container..

They never make us muzzle our pitbull which means a lot to us. They also have a great selection of food and toys. Their grooming staff is amazing with our dog and we have never had an issue. Great for getting shots too when the vet is in.
