This store has high quality pet supplies for a reasonable price, and their loyalty program is awesome, as the points don't expire, which is good for people like me who usually buy in bulk. I've been going to their store for 5 years now and although it has changed management a few times since then I've always had incredible service. The staff are friendly and informative, always smiling and eager to help. I always enjoy coming here and hope they always give high quality products at reasonable prices and always have incredible service. Thank you so much.

Nice helpful employees. They always great me when I walk into the store. Store is a little run down looking overall. The last several months they are frequently out of what we buy but they are quick to tell me when it will be back in or help find a substitute.

I picked up some java moss for my shrimp tanks, looked excellent. I was told it was from a local source. It actually set in a bowl in a motel room under a florescent for four days before making it home. Its in the tanks now, at home, still zero melt! Very happy with this purchase.

Staff and especially the managers are worthless. Do your own research regarding animals don't trust what employees at the store say. They're barely qualified enough to work at McDonald's. I know because I used to work at one of the stores. Are you breathing? Okay, your qualified to be a sales clerk. A manager was just fired ( which happens often) and they need a replacement now... can you count to ten on your fingers? Okay, now a sales clerk that has only been at the store for three months is a manager!ud83dude12 That's how it works. Most of the managers here have no business even being in charge of boiling a pot of water.

This is my go to store for bugs to feed my tarantulas and toys and treats for my 2 dogs. The store is always clean, staff are always welcoming, and just has an all around great atmosphere. If there was one thing I could change it would be for them to have more variety in dubia sizes. The last 2 times I've been they only have the smallest of the small.
