We had to wait 30, otherwise 5 stars. We were welcomed by a very nice hostnnwho seated us. He also informed us of a rewards program and we signed up for some chips and salsa. The chips were fresh,and lite. Mia was our server, and she ROCKED!!! We wanted for nothing, her attention to tables was AWESOME. Food was great, facility was very clean, and the entire staff was friendly and upbeat. Excellent vibe to open this place with. We will be back for sure.
Update, we came here again, the food actually turned out pretty good and we got everything this time, but it took them about 30 minutes after I placed the order to bring it out to the car for a simple to-go order. And this was at 3:30.nnWe've been here 3 or 4 times to go, overall decent, but twice they have forgotten something in our order. First time was chips, second time was the black beans and no straw and stale chips, and half full bowl of queso... You guys need to check your orders before sending them out and get your act together. Most Chili's are much better than this one.
This was my first time ever at a chili’s! We came for dinner prior to the grand opening. Had an absolutely excellent experience! This will definitely be our go to restaurant. Insane portion sizes with great prices! + free chips and salsa if you sign up for a My Chili’s Reward membership?! LOVE!! Best salsa I’ve ever had. Best guacamole I’ve ever had!! Need these by the bucket fulls! I had 3 meals off of the sizzling chicken fajita meal!! Next time I’m going to try their famous margaritas and check out their dessert menu. Some of the best food around. Food is delicious, atmosphere is beautiful, wait staff is attentive and caring. Prices are great for the food you get. Constantly busy but so worth the wait! Will go here constantly
Only gave 2 stars because my mini burgers were good. My husband got the boss burger. The pork on it was so salty he couldn't eat it and both of our fries were very cold. It took 12 minutes to get home.. They should have at least been a little warm. They were not. Very disappointing since they are a new store. Too bad. Was hoping for at least ok.
