MedStar Medical Group at St. Mary's

My whole family are patients of Tiffany Wilson. She's the first doctor in a long time within this network that makes me feel like I'm more than a number. She's very kind, very knowledgeable in many areas and goes the extra mile to ensure we get the exact care that's needed.

We had no problem with the care our child received but when we had to change doctors due to a change of insurance the trouble we had trying to get our child's medical records sent/faxed to our new doctor was mindboggling. Multiple phone calls, less then helpful staff and they finally sent our new doctor some notes but no real records. We ended up having to make a trip in person to pick things up from them and then physically hand them to our new doctor since the staff here couldn't figure things out. The new doctor is in the MedStar Medical group too so I don't think we could have made it any easier. End result is that it took over two weeks and had to keep pushing our child's appointment back while we waited and played phone tag.

I have received excellent service from Dr. Boyd and the staff over the past 10+ years. Yes, you may wait a bit in the room once you are brought back for your appointment, but I think that's because Dr. Boyd is willing to take his time with each patient. Also, the lab folks are first class here. They do an excellent job and make it painless.

Our whole family is seen in this office. We love lots of the practitioners, but especially love Dr Johnson! She takes great care of our girls and makes me laugh too ;)

I was told my account was fully paid when leaving after my appointment. I then recieved a bill for 50% more. Customer service bullied my wife on the phone. I would reccomend leeches and blood letting before anyone affiliated with these doctors and nurses. recieved another bill since this review trash comapany
