Food is good. Great prices on food and drinks. Great bar service, love the happy hour Employees are always friendly. We always have excellent service everytime we go.
I went in for lunch today and service was horrible! After I was seated it went downhill from there. Basic needs of A1 sauce for steak, refill of drinks. My food went to the wrong table! So, yes I sent it back. COVID-19. The place was not busy. At one point it was no staff members on the floor so I had to get up and go to the entryway of where the server's come out to get what I needed. This is not my first horrible experience here. However, I notice that when certain employees are there service is great and when they are not there service is horrible and today was just that horrendous!
Loved it went there for Easter lunch it wasn't even that busy everyone was taking the right precautions all the food was fresh out drinks were great and it was a fun time i recommend great people and prices. I feel like family here.
The service here is terrible. Odered apps got the apps for my party of 2 no plates no napkins. Asked for napkins because I spilled ranch on the table had to wait for my main dish to come out to get silverware and napkins. My cups sat on the table empty after the server came to to table 3 times I finally had to tell her to get my table more drinks. Then ordered 8oz steaks medium got them both well done ud83eudd2eStill here waiting to see what else they can mess up.
We usually stop in here for some beers and apps before we hit a movie, because we live in Calvert. We always sit at the bar, and usually Anna is there to wait on us. She is great, friendly, knows her stuff, and is fast and attentive. We always use to like the late night happy hours they had too when we could get out more. If you go in make sure you see Anna she's the best!
