I drove to this location with a car full of baby items and was turned away due to not having an appointment. It is not stated online that an appointment is necessary to consign. As soon as you enter with items they ask if you have an appointment, then direct you to a sign in there store with a web address for making an appointment. I almost failed to mention, no one else was in the store at time of my arrival and the workers all stood around doing nothing. Accommodations could have been made. Just take note that it is because of consignors like myself that allows your business thrive.

I’ve always loved this store! But today I had to pleasure of being a virtual shopper. Everything went smoothly and I was able to to get a ton of beautiful clothes for my daughter and soon to be newborn. Amazing prices and lovely service.
I was a less than 10 min. Late to my appointment. I explained I came all the way from Virginia and was turned away. I cleaned all the toys and replaced everything with new batteries. I have about $500 worth of toys and shoes. Was probably going to get $40 for it all. I will not be coming back here. Kid to kid and kid sweet repeats are other options.
